Dezhi Kang is a Principal with Lilly Asia Ventures (LAV). Prior to joining LAV, Dezhi was an Associate Director at Navigant Consulting, providing commercial strategy support to pharma and biotech companies. Dezhi holds a Ph.D. in Molecular and Medical Pharmacology from UCLA and B.S. in Biotechnology from Peking University.
